Promote and implement a Mother Tongue-Based Multilingual Education (MTB-MLE) system to support inclusive and effective learning.
3. Inclusive Learning Opportunities
Provide both formal and non-formal education tailored to the diverse needs of children in Shan State.
4. Capacity Building
Enhance the professional capacity of teachers and education staff to align with the evolving educational system.
5. Technical and Vocational Education
Deliver vocational and technical education programs for both children and adults to improve life skills and employability.
6. Curriculum and Policy Development
Develop and revise school curricula, education systems, and policies that reflect and support the organization’s mission and vision.
